Update:

Just an update from the Storms! We are in the process of updating our house! It is not really as much fun as I thought it was going to be LOL! It is a lot of damn work. But that is OK it is really coming together nicely! So far we have bought new appliances all new light fixtures new fans new carpet (which is being in stalled right now while I am blogging!) New laminate flooring new wood stove and on and on!
And I had to get a new computer cuz mine died:( It was all my fault I had 3000 pictures on it and it was not really made to handle all of that! But oh well I really wanted a new computer anyways!

New fan for the girls room and some cute little purple curtains I made them!

Tom made this wood stove with his friend Mike it is awesome it was made from a ski lift pole from Sun Rise the top Mike found by St. Johns it has a regulator from a stove in the Mcnary mill and Tom cut an Elk and put it on the front it is really cool and means a lot to Tom. I am proud to have it in my house!

This was my kitchen yesterday I retextured the ceiling and primered it and painted it and put up new lights! It was so nice to get the old fluorescent big wooden boxes of the ceiling!

And we have a new addition to out family Lola Marie aka as ass cat! I got her from a man that works at the grocery store who found her on the bench out side the store. Her eyes were not even open when he found her him and his wife bottle fed her.

A few weeks ago my step mom and I went for a ride up on Escudilla it is the most beautiful place I have ever been!

SCHOOL STARTED TODAY! YAY!! MY KIDS WERE VERY EXCITED TO GO. JORDAN HAD A GREAT DAY IN HER KENDERGARDEN CLASS! AND I CANT WAIT FOR THE OTHER KIDS TO GET HOME TO SEE HOW THEIR DAY WENT! I AM HOPEING TRENT HAD A GOOD DAY IN JR. HIGH KIND WORIED FOR THE KID...LOL

Summer is gone..............

Well the summer is over on Wednesday! YAY! I am so excited! I love my children but is sooo time for them to go back to school! We did not get to do really any fun stuff this summer 1 fishing trip I trip to black river to swim but it rained a family BBQ and that was about it! Buying a house at the beginning of summer kinda put a damper on things. But Oh well there is always next summer! So here is a few pics of the fun we did have!

Nerve racking day NO WEEK!

I am going crazy!!!!! AAHHHH!!

I am so nervous I have cheer tryouts TODAY! I feel like I have no clue what I am doing!

I think I keep syking my self out (I hope I am) My husband thinks I

am over reacting but I have invited the high school cheerleaders and coaches to come

and help me! Which I need all the help I can get..lol! But I don't want to make

a fool of my self.

Fabulous 4th of July!!

Hi all! I had the most wonderful 4th! It was jammed packed and a little stressful but it all went off with out a hitch! Friday all of the cheerleaders and coaches decorated a float for the parade. It was really fun! Then Saturday we finished up we thought it was going to rain Friday night -we are right in the middle of monsoons!

We sat and waited for the parade to start!

Then after the parade we had family over! My MIL, BIL, SIL, and LOTS of nieces and neifues!

11 kids where here! It was so fun I bought a slip and slide and they had a blast! Until it I saw they were tearing up my grass! But no worries I went and bought them a pool and the fun was back on!

We had good food and good company it was the best 4th of July! Hope you all had a fabulous 4th also!!

And I would like to send out a belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY to by blogging buddy Missy!

I am so happy my daughter Shelby Anne is home she has been gone for 2 weeks with her dad on a trip to Mississippi. I was happy she got to go she got to visit her aunt the she has never meet and is really old do I am sure that will be the only time she gets to see her. Shelby's birthday was May 31st and she was gone so tonight we are going have a party for her! All she wants is a Dora pinata so she can whack Dora in the face...lol What can I say I guess I have a daughter with some kinda anger issues..lol We always let the kids pick there birthday dinner so Shelby picked steak YAY I was happy it was not burros or spaghetti...lol! My baby is 10:( makes me feel old when I really am not..lol So happy birthday to my little girl who is not so little any more!

Why me?

OK I am going to rant and rave cuz there is no one here (in my house) who gives a damn anyway! I am starting to think that just because I have 6 kids the other mothers in the my new neighborhood think it is OK to leave their kids at my house! GGRRRR! I only let my kids go over to there friends houses if it is OK with there parents and I don't let them be a burdon. Well hell I don't know why I have been being so courteous! One mother that lives down the street sends her 5 year old down here ALL the time at least 5 times a day! and now it is starting fights between my 5 year old and 7 year old they are constantly fighting over this kid WTH! All I hear is he like me! NO he likes me! You are rude when he is here! and on an on and on! The mother of this kids will pack up her other kids and leave drive by and wave to her son who she is leaving at my house! And just a few min ago I was sitting here in my room with the window open and he is saying what if I say jack aaaa sssss OK I have had it! And just the other day I am sitting her and this little girl about 5 no shoes dirty hair filthy clothes is standing at my gate well she could not get it open so she proceeds to climb over the gate I opened the door and she would not talk. I was saying what do you want she finely said I want play with your daughter so I let her play with the little girls. Well come to find out she was cussing too! WTH! She was saying mother f'er and bitch! I have had it we are only 2 weeks in to summer and I don't know how I am going to make it through My son called me a butt hole today my step daughter was screaming at me and has no respect for me. And now my step daughters are fighting again! *Sigh* I know why I have such a hard time dealing with this cuz I was an only child and loved it! I am going to go have a nice cold beer and relax thanks for listening to my ranting and raving tomorrow will be another day! Hope fully a good one:)

Hi all my blogging friends! I am finely kinda done moving! YAY for me! I hate moving and now I think I will never move again! We worked all day yesterday cleaning out the garage it had turned in to a catch all for every thing we did not want to put away. The house is pretty much done except for Trent & Shelby's room. Grass is in and growing really good! It has rained here for like 2 weeks, ofcorce we were moving! I don't think Tom and I have ever moved on a sunny day! We have painted, cleaned, scraped popcorn ceilings, textured ceilings made 2 trips to the dump with a 4 horse trailer, cut down trees and bushes! We are far from where we want our new house but it is looking really good! Next will be new carpet new hard wood floors new counter tops and sanding and refinishing our kitchen cabinets! Uuhhh makes me tired just typing it out..lol Oh and that reminds me our master bath is out of order so that will go on the list of next projects. The shower started leaking in the wall 3 days in to our move in! But it was OK with me cuz it is the smallest master bath in the world..hehe If you sit on the pot your knees hit the wall and the shower is fit for an umpa lumpa so my kids say! Poor Tom he is 6'1'' he hates it too! And it kinda smells I think it smells like someone has been smokin a fat one in there my hubby says just cigarettes ether way it smells:( When you turn on the light the fan comes on and just swirls the smell around..lol! Kids are out for summer and I am loving it I thought I would hate it but it is soooo nice to not get up at 6am and while I am slaving all day cleaning for rich and famous...lol my kiddos have been picking up the slack around the house for me! Jordan graduated from her little pre K school and happy to say everyone is moving on to the next grade! Shelby went to Mississippi with her dad for a week I am missing her today. Today is her Birthday she turned 10. And I have been getting ready for the cheer season coning up in a few months! I am really excited for this year I think it is going to be a lot of fun!

OK I am starting with this picture how funny is this!!! I was messing around looking for

vintage patterns for aprons and I came across this!

There must have been a lot of lonely men and women back then..lol

I want to make vintage aprons....Why you ask? I LOVE aprons

I don't know why but I wear them every time I cook!

My Husband teases me but I don't care I just love them! My Grandmother always wore one!
